The Role: The Manager Marketing Country role focuses on managing marketing activities and commercial aspects to achieve revenue and profitability targets. It involves planning and executing marketing strategies and sales activities aligned with regional and country leads. The role requires identifying market opportunities, managing product introductions, and driving consumer engagement across multiple channels. Your Contribution: - Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with local and global priorities. - Work together with Category Leader to manage product portfolio, including new introductions and existing products. - Collaborate with sales management to ensure alignment with business plans. - Partner with ONL IMC team to track campaign results and adjust plans as needed. - Support key account managers & Customer marketing managers in defining marketing activities. - Drive implementation and execution of marketing campaigns with agencies and teams. Your Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing within IT, CE, or FMCG environments. - Strong understanding of local retail markets and consumer marketing.-Fluent in English writing & speaking. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Solid presentation and negotiation abilities. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key partners.
