Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) / Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst – Lending Paralegal
The AWM Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst role offers an opportunity for motivated candidates interested in lending, finance, legal documentation, and process innovation. The position partners closely with attorneys supporting a broad range of Private Bank lending products, including securities-based lending, mortgages, unsecured lending, commercial lending, and other specialized financing transactions.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage loan documents, amendments, consent letters, guaranties, collateral documents, and related lending documentation
- Support transaction execution and closings, including document collection and deliverable tracking
- Track legal projects, transaction pipelines, and key milestones
- Maintain legal templates, playbooks, forms, and guidance materials
- Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to support lending transactions and day-to-day business activities
- Assist with legal, regulatory, and policy matters affecting Private Bank lending products
- Drive document standardization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve legal workflows and scalability
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders on lending-related matters
- Support management reporting and strategic initiatives as needed
This role provides broad exposure to private bank lending products and legal matters, offering the opportunity to build expertise in lending and credit while contributing to the modernization and scalability of legal service delivery.
