Reservation Specialist — Call Center Travel Experience!Go Rentals | Palm Springs, CA

The first hello sets the tone for everything that follows.

At Go Rentals, the moment a guest picks up the phone, the experience begins — and you are the voice that delivers it. Before the keys, before the drive, before the destination, there's you: warm, polished, and completely in command of the moment. That first interaction isn't just a call. It's the first impression of a five-star brand, and it's where loyalty is won.

We're looking for a Reservation Specialist who understands that exceptional service is a craft. If you light up at the chance to turn a routine request into a memorable experience — and you want to do it for some of the most discerning guests in the country — keep reading.

Who We Are

Go Rentals is the premier luxury automotive rental company serving private aviation, hospitality, and the most exclusive guests across the nation. We've built our reputation on one thing: five-star guest service, every single time. Our VIP guests expect the extraordinary — and we deliver it.

Why This Role Matters

This is a call-center, telephone-based guest services position at the heart of our VIP Services team. You'll be the trusted liaison and first point of contact for our most valued guests nationwide — making reservations, recommending the perfect upgrade, smoothing over the tricky moments, and ensuring every guest feels like the only guest. You'll directly support our VIP management team in hitting sales, service, and profitability goals, and you'll own the standard that defines our brand.

If you're energized by a fast pace, a phone that's always ringing with opportunity, and the satisfaction of being genuinely great at taking care of people — this is your seat.

What You'll Do

You'll be the engine and the ambassador of the Call Center. Day to day, you'll:

  • Set the standard on every call. Answer incoming guest calls courteously and professionally, ensuring each and every guest has an exceptional experience with Go Rentals.
  • Make it happen. Book reservations in concert with field locations and deliver flawless service execution on every booking.
  • Grow the business. Expand our VIP Services base by building rapport with key contacts, spotting new opportunities, delivering exemplary service, and driving sales and upgrades.
  • Be the liaison. Act as the connection point between Private Clients, insurance companies, body shops, and rental branches.
  • Chase the lead. Follow up with prospects by phone and email throughout the day — no opportunity left on the table.
  • Solve the hard stuff. Respond to and investigate guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and email — promptly, courteously, and with poise under pressure.
  • Know your craft. Maintain thorough knowledge of our fleet, Private Client/VIP rental, aviation/hospitality, and insurance products — and research guests to offer the perfect upgraded vehicle.
  • Close the deal. Negotiate rental contracts with Private Client/VIP guests.
  • Be the connector. Communicate across all levels of Go Rentals regarding inventory, availability, and readiness for upcoming guest rentals.
  • Lift the team. Provide training and support to fellow associates alongside management and corporate training, and be a positive influence on morale.
  • Build relationships that last. Create enduring connections with teammates, guests, insurance partners, and body shops — past, current, and future.
  • Take on other duties as assigned — because every day at Go Rentals brings something new.

This reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
