Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (40%)
Leads a team that ensures compliance with accounting regulations, analyzes production costs and/or locations P&L. Identifies ways to increase profitability. Proposes improvements of controls and control environment; calculates potential impact of changes. (25%)
Assesses issues and develops resolutions in collaboration with business and operational management. Ensures that the team maintains proper records for audit purposes. (25%)
Manages local statutory requirements and supports annual financials and audits. (10%)
