What You Will Do
- Design solar PV electrical systems, including DC and AC schematics
- Produce single-line diagrams, stringing layouts, conduit plans, and feeder schedules
- Develop rooftop solar electrical and mechanical layouts
- Perform DC string sizing and AC distribution calculations
- Review plans, technical specifications, and contract documents under the guidance of the Chief Engineer
- Coordinate designs with internal teams, construction trades, and external stakeholders
- Partner with the Project Manager to align on design criteria, timelines, and execution
- Support projects throughout the design and construction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and progress
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables prior to submission
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers
What You Will Need to be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit & Navis Manage a plus
- Experience with industry manufacturer design tools (i.e solaredge designer, ironridge design tool, ClawOS etc.) a plus
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
