Count on us. Our "we-care" culture is more than just a motto; it's a promise. From day one, we prioritize your growth, well-being, and success. You can count on us to support your career journey and help you achieve your professional goals. Join us.

As a Pursuit Strategy & Proposal Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior client service professionals, shaping how the firm competes for and wins new business. You will lead the development of high-stakes proposals and presentations that directly influence the firm’s growth from initial strategy through final submission.

This is a writing-intensive, deadline-driven role for a sharp communicator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and project execution. You will collaborate across functions and time zones as a key member of the firm’s India-based proposal team, working closely with U.S.-based colleagues, graphic designers, and marketing professionals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proposal Writing — Lead the full proposal development lifecycle, from kickoff through final submission. Develop and write persuasive, client-specific messaging grounded in research, stakeholder interviews, knowledge of the firm’s service offerings, and competitive intelligence. Ensure all deliverables align with the firm’s brand voice, messaging strategy, and U.S. business writing standards.

  • Project Management — Serve as the central point of contact and lead or co-lead for assigned pursuits. Simultaneously manage multiple proposals and pursuit deliverables (e.g., RFP responses, capability statements, pitch materials) while coordinating across client service professionals, graphic designers, marketing professionals, and fellow proposal consultants to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.

  • Finalist Presentations — Lead the presentation preparation process for finalist-stage opportunities. Collaborate with client service professionals to develop compelling narratives, talking points, and supporting materials. Facilitate and coach internal dry runs, and provide Q&A preparation and post-presentation debrief support.

  • Content Management — Partner with the proposal content team leader to maintain a current, accurate, and well-organized content library. Serve as a resource to fellow pursuit consultants by providing content for complex or specialized proposals. Contribute original content including capability narratives, professional bios, and differentiator statements as needed.
