About the role.
The PURE360 Risk Management Consultation is a unique service conducted by a PURE Risk Manager at the home(s) of PURE Members providing them with tailored loss prevention solutions, an understanding of appropriate coverage and terms, and thorough documentation of their home(s). Our PURE360 Coordinators work hand in hand with our Members and Risk Managers to create a seamless experience in coordinating the PURE360 Consultation. The PURE360 Coordinator is instrumental in both building an effective schedule for PURE Risk Managers and leveraging Member interactions to create a feeling of membership.
What You'll Do
- Guide members through the PURE360 Risk Management Process, coordinating the on-site visit, and helping them to understand the purpose and value.
- Develop a strong understanding of the geographic nuances within your assigned territory to optimize scheduling and build efficient days.
- Coordinate appointments with clarity, empathy, and confidence to ensure a feeling of membership.
- Collaborate with your team to improve coordination efficiency, communication quality, and the overall Member experience.
What You'll Need
- You have previous experience and enthusiasm in a service-based role (3+ years customer service preferred)
- You demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency, and can quickly establish trust and credibility
- You have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email
- You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm
- You are detail oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

Through a combination of hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to deliver an outstanding member experience.
Compensation: $50,000 annually, plus overtime and monthly bonus potential
