As our purchasing coordinator, you are the vital glue binding our sales team, logistics team and finance team together to ensure fulfillment of our customer’s orders. As our company has grown the volume and complexity of our orders have grown as well. This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Coordinator, who wants to enrich their skills within a fast-growing, SaaS-enabled company. You’ll work alongside the Purchasing Manager, to enter and see orders to completion.   • Kickstart the order entry process: Quickly generate accurate estimates/ sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices in our ERP system. Enter, manage, & maintain records of all orders in the database
  • Keep track of orders: Communicate with vendors to ensure quick release of open orders
  • Order Fulfillment: Process the release of orders and get them to the finish line
  • Own the status of the orders: Keep customers, sales team, and other stakeholders updated on order statuses to manage expectations and ensure a great customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Review and revise documents to protect buyer and seller anonymity
  • Be the Face of Operations: Represent the core values in effectively executing the purchasing operations
  • Always look for a better way: Help improve and develop data processes


  • Detail Oriented: Ability to focus on relevant details, ask the right questions and relay proper information as needed. View details with the goal of fulfillment and understand how each point can hinder or facilitate the process.
  • Agility: Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-growing environment. Managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a timely manor
  • Organization: Skills of managing emails and files. Maintaining detailed notes and records for every order with the goal of making the process transparent and understandable for any team member
  • Collaboration: Be a team player. Work with various teams to execute tasks and drive order fulfillment. Able to clearly communicate and be proactive in follow ups with the team and with clients.
  • Positive attitude: Patience, positivity, & and grit in the face of pressure. Honesty and courage invoicing concerns and suggestions. Ability to accept and apply any constructive feedback.
  • Ownership: Outcome focused mindset. Ability to take full responsibuility


  • At least 2 years' experience in a fast- paced work environment
  • Purchasing/ Operations experience is helpful
