Ferring+You

You will be responsible of overall accounting activities, namely in P2P. You will be the point of contact to the business and the accounting manager to ensure all is properly performed, identifying risks and timely solution identification are key to create a trustful relationship, whereas creating a clear governance and communication dynamic is very important.

Your day at Ferring

• Analyze and process invoices in compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and accounting principles.
• Manage the P2P process, including document entry into the system, timely postings, purchase order (PO) creation, and monitoring pending invoice issues.
• Communicate with vendors and provide support to internal business requesters when needed.
• Ensure a successful month-end closing, preparing a final report of all processed invoices and sharing it with the local finance team.
• Identify risks and provide timely solutions to maintain a trust-based relationship with stakeholders.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Degree in accounting with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP experience (Protheus is valued or SAP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service mindset.

•  Experience in Shared Services and knowledge of the Brazilian tax system is a plus.
