Punch Operators 1st Shift
Anchor Fabrication
Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Punch Operators for the 1st shift.
· Set up and operate all Punch operations to produce quality parts.
· Conducts preventative as scheduled
- Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
· Punch Operation experience preferred
· Mechanically adept.
· Blueprint reading
· Good math skills
· G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Technical School Experience a plus

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift- plus overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
