The Pull-Coordinator represents the maintenance activity at the local level in its interaction, communication and coordination of activities with other local operations functions: driver care, route operations and customer care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
4:45am - 1:30pm
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.50 per hour
What will your job look like?
- Ensures 1st shift drivers are fit for duty and meet uniform requirements
- Assists drivers with daily inspections
- Reports safety hazards at designated parking area
- Communicates to dispatch vehicle maintenance issues that need attention
- Assists with vehicle assignment changes
- Ensures all buses are equipped with appropriate passes/vouchers if applicable
- May act as relief driver when necessary
All you need is:
- H.S. diploma or G.E.D,
- A valid CDL class B with Air-brake Testing and with Passenger (P) Endorsement
- 1+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise
Even better if you have:
- College degree
- Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of MTM Transit operations, company policies, and guidelines
- Ability to schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Exceptional interpretation and problem solving skills
