Drive publishing presence and engagement in North America by designing and executing activations, partnerships, and campaigns that resonate with local players and creators.
- Provide deep insight into what resonates with NA players - platforms, creators, tone, and sentiment trends and own a weekly NA Insights Package.
- Build and execute NA GTM plans, including localized activations, events, brand collaborations, and creator partnerships.
- Adapt global campaigns for NA markets, ensuring relevance in tone and timing.
- Deliver creative proposals for regional brand or community partnerships.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, wishlists, conversions) and optimize activations based on player feedback.
- Surface early trends, discovery patterns, and local sentiment to guide HQ strategy.
- 5–8 years in game publishing or entertainment marketing focused on NA.
- Proven success launching or scaling games with measurable engagement or conversion impact.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution and partner management.
- Deep understanding of North American gamer culture.
- Collaborative, player-first mindset.
- Network among NA creators, agencies, and platform partners.
- Organized and comfortable managing campaign calendars and reports.
- Experience collaborating cross-regionally with global publishing or brand teams.
- Creative and pragmatic - strong at spotting emerging trends or opportunities early.
