Role summary: Works independently on publishing assignments to support sales activities for retail/institutional business. Mainly engages in producing marketing/presentation materials for Japanese ITM funds, including contents creation in such materials. In addition, supports publishing/reporting tasks for institutional business.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
- Produces marketing/presentation materials for CIKK ITM funds to support sales activities
- Publishes retail fund brochures(販売用資料), monthly/quarterly factsheets(月次・四半期レポート), advisor training/seminar materials and other sales support materials for fund distributors/advisors. Takes care of document review process of retail fund brochures by fund distributors. Coordinates printing of retail fund brochures with printing companies.
- Ensures accuracy/legitimacy of materials to fulfill fiducially responsibility.
- Creates enlightened contents in aforementioned materials to facilitate long-term investments for individual investors, with supports from more experienced associates.
- Manages internal stakeholders as the owner of the marketing materials for CIKK ITM funds
- Works closely with the sales team to confirms and/or discusses contents in the materials.
- Leads material creation process with the sales team and other internal stakeholders for new materials, such as at a new ITM fund launch.
- Collaborates with the client relationship team for client queries and requests.
- Arranges data/information/commentaries required in the materials with each responsible team within/outside of the Tokyo office.
- Consults with Legal & Compliance to adhere local regulations and corporate’s policy.
- Engages in additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
- Supports client reporting and sales activities for institutional business.
- Prepares quarterly client review meeting materials.
- Publishes pitch books for prospects of institutional investors and consultants.
- Creates presentation materials for RFPs and due diligences.

- Advance skills in Power Point and intermediate skills in Excel and Bloomberg. (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator skills are favorable.)
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
