The Role
As a Account Specialist on the Supply side of the business, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our publisher partners, optimizing revenue, and ensuring the successful execution of ad campaigns.
Additionally, you will assist with reporting, execution and analysis across our portfolio of European Publishers. You will eventually own performance, retention, and growth strategies across our top publishers to ensure that they are maximizing adMarketplace's platform and products.
What You'll Do

  • Serve as a point of contact for a portfolio of publisher partners, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaign delivery and revenue for both publishers and advertisers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing publisher base to drive incremental revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with publishers to foster loyalty and ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Oversee the implementation and performance of ad campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they meet client objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to improve campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to both internal teams and publisher partners, highlighting key metrics and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure adMarketplace remains competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Ad Operations, and Product to ensure seamless campaign execution and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; 1+ years of Digital Media or Campaign Management experience, or similar degree
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to identify and solve problems
  • Adaptable and able to work within a team, handle multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excited about bridging business needs with technical prowess and analytical skills to deliver against client KPIs
  • Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals - demonstrated tenacity and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high growth environment
  • Search/Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
