In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the Strategic Account Management, Business Development, and Commercial Demand teams. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert to help unblock any issues and challenges that may impact revenue targets.
This role will be based in the Chicago office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive any integrations with new and existing publishers into the Nexxen SSP
- Own the operational relationship with key strategic publishers across all screens (CTV, Mobile, Desktop, DOOH)
- Support the relationship with Product as it relates to the needs of the Publisher business
- Optimize integrations to fully maximize Publishers revenues
- Develop best practices to optimize support for Strategic Account Managers
- Participate in publisher’s meetings to resolve any pending issues and provide resolutions
- Identify trends in reports that help drive strategic initiatives
What Will I Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience within a technical/ad operations support team at an AdTech (i.e. SSP, DSP, Direct Publisher, Ad Serving, Ad Verification) or OTT/CTV app company
- Programmatic experience across all device types (desktop, OTT/CTV, mobile app, etc.)
- Understanding of IAB standards and specifications (ORTB, ads.txt, schain, etc.).
- Experience working with various integration types and traffic sources such as Prebid, GAM, SpringServe, Publica, Amazon TAM, and FreeWheel
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with external partners
- You are analytical and enjoy solving problems
- Data-driven, experience working with Excel and BI tools (SQL and Looker experience is a plus)
- Strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously
- You are self-motivated and a team player

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Chicago is $70,000 - $80,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
