As a Publisher Sales Manager in our Taipei office, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with publishers from the successful implementation and launch of the Taboola content discovery platform to tracking performance and providing regular strategic direction for new opportunities to improve performance. You will be part of the account management team who is uniquely responsible for building and optimising existing relationships by identifying and presenting new initiatives to publishers to improve performance and revenue.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the AdTech or MarTech solution provider sector.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals and strategic partnerships within the Taiwan market.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn the tools and platforms required to support client implementation and campaign success
  • Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with the patience and strategy to cultivate partnerships over time.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with comfort analyzing and presenting data to inform the sales process.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires constant adaptation and learning.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Sell multiple publisher solution products to publishers by finding the right stakeholders for each solution without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Work closely with your manager and team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Independently build pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals 
  • Manage presentations, pitching, build relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our widgets and technology
  • Work closely with the account management team to manage and develop long-term client relationships
  • Proactively seek market feedback on the Taboola platform and work with the product team to help develop market-leading functionality.
