Publisher Manager

Are you an experienced professional Publisher Manager with a proven track record in the AdNetwork industry? You’ll be part of a stable and self-motivated team in a people-oriented environment where initiative, collaboration, and long-term relationships are truly valued.
 

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3+ years experience as a Senior Publisher or Account Manager
• Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals and hunting new sites
• Experience with Google Analytics & Google Sheet knowledge
• Driven, enthusiastic team player and drive for achieving results
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
• English В2

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with publishers to ensure productive collaboration
• Attracting new publishers
• Analyzing traffic from publishers to maximize revenue and monitoring traffic quality
• Scaling volumes and quality of incoming traffic
• Comprehensive technical support
• Participation in building strategies to increase the profitability of the publisher department
• Coordinating and launching advertising campaigns with publishers, including setting up optimizing various advertising formats
• Analyzing the effectiveness of publishers' advertising campaigns and preparing reports for clients or internal
