About Verve

Verve is building a more efficient, privacy-first advertising ecosystem. By integrating premium data, supply, and demand across screens and environments, Verve enables advertisers and publishers to transact with greater transparency, performance, and scale.

Verve’s ecosystem includes leading SSPs — Smaato, PubNative, and LKQD — delivering omnichannel reach across Mobile, Desktop, CTV, and DOOH. With 30 global offices and a rapidly growing demand marketplace, Verve is trusted by 90 of the top 100 U.S. advertisers, 4,000+ publishers worldwide, and the industry’s leading demand-side platforms.

The Role

Verve is seeking a Commercial Supply Manager to drive publisher business development across North America, with a focus on in-app, web, and CTV inventory.

This role sits at the core of Verve’s supply-side growth strategy, responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling high-quality publisher partnerships that enhance marketplace liquidity and performance.

This is a highly commercial, externally-facing role combining new business development, strategic partnership growth, and supply monetisation strategy. You will be responsible for expanding Verve’s publisher footprint, unlocking new inventory sources, and driving long-term revenue growth across key verticals and formats.

You will act as the primary commercial owner of publisher relationships, working closely with Technical Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, strong performance, and ongoing optimisation.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new publisher partnerships across in-app, mobile web, desktop, and CTV

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of supply opportunities across North America

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through to contract negotiation and onboarding

Own Publisher Relationships & Growth

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for publisher partners

  • Develop and execute monetisation strategies to maximise yield and long-term revenue

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across formats, products, and integrations

Scale Supply & Marketplace Performance

  • Drive growth of high-quality inventory that aligns with demand-side needs and marketplace strategy

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure optimal integration, performance, and revenue delivery

  • Support initiatives across SPO, PMP activation, and supply curation

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing optimisation

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on publisher needs and integration improvements

  • Align with Demand and Marketplace teams to maximise monetisation outcomes

Represent Verve in the Market

  • Build strong relationships across the publisher ecosystem, including app developers, media owners, and CTV platforms

  • Represent Verve at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

  • Position Verve as a strategic monetisation partner within the programmatic ecosystem

What You Will Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on publisher sales, supply-side partnerships, or SSP business development

  • Proven track record of closing and scaling publisher partnerships across in-app, web, or CTV

  • Strong understanding of programmatic monetisation, SSP dynamics, and RTB ecosystem

  • Experience working with mobile app publishers, web publishers, or CTV platforms

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute on revenue opportunities

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Existing relationships within the publisher ecosystem strongly preferred
