Key Responsibilities:Program Management:
Plan, design, and implement programs in line with the organization’s goals.
Create long-term goals, operating plans, and program budgets.
Develop evaluation tools to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare funding proposals to support continuous service delivery.
Produce timely and accurate reports throughout the program lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
Lead a cross-functional team with diverse skills and responsibilities.
Foster collaboration with internal teams, government partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between program initiatives and public sector objectives.
Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively and transparently.
Coach and guide team members to meet performance standards and KPIs.
Strategic Leadership:
Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining program quality and integrity.
Recommend process improvements based on evolving business and public sector needs.
Partner with the marketing team for strategy and narrative development.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and problem-solving sessions across teams.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business continuity planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program management or similar roles
Proven experience working with or within public sector organizations
Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
Familiarity with government processes and public sector operations
