Job Description

   

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic team.This role is central to the successful execution of our strategic marketing plan, ensuring that our EMEA DACH pipeline goals are met.

As the Field Marketing Manager you will be the driving force behind the design, evangelism, and implementation of world-class demand creation programs to build significant pipeline and  drive revenue growth. In this position you will work closely with corporate and account executives, inside sales, marketing stakeholders and other team members in a fast paced and rapidly growing market. Our ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media and ABM, possesses strong communication skills and is a team player with a hands-on mentality and a goal-oriented mind set.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the local field marketing team and sales to drive the execution of a marketing strategy and plan that directly aligns with regional business objectives and pipeline targets.

  • Demand Generation Excellence: Deliver operational excellence by planning and executing a diverse portfolio of demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM activities, webinars, social selling and in-person and virtual events. You will manage the marketing budget in this area with a focus on maximizing ROI.

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Influence: Act as the key marketing contact for the sales team in your region. You will build and maintain effective working relationships, influencing stakeholders and negotiating priorities to ensure marketing and sales are seamlessly aligned for shared success.

  • Performance & Measurement: You will rigorously measure and analyze marketing program performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and using data to continuously optimize your strategy and drive predictable pipeline.


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, with at least 8 years experience in a tech company.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in strategizing and translating business goals into impactful, integrated marketing plans that drive measurable results.

  • Marketing Mastery: A strong aptitude for executing with excellence; a hands-on Digital Marketer with expertise in leading complex, multi-touch campaigns that integrate digital tactics.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of relating effectively with and influencing sales leaders,  senior stakeholders and our channel partners.

  • Data Proficiency: A deep sense of accountability, with a data-driven mindset and experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.

  • Personal Attributes: A proactive mentality combined with a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.

  • Language Skills: Business fluency in both German and English is essential.
