We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative PR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations campaigns that enhance Navan’s reputation and increase brand awareness in the DACH region, with a focus on Germany.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or corporate public relations and an expert understanding of the media landscape in Germany.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering coverage on behalf of a B2B business in the tech, travel, or finance sectors.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant journalists and influencers.
  • Create press materials, including writing news releases, bylined articles, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Ability to analyze data sets for coverage generation purposes, crafting insightful media stories and pitches leveraging proprietary Navan or survey data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
  • Organize and manage press events, media briefings, and other PR-related activities.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders on media and speaking engagements that align with local strategies and goals.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness with regular reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, within the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and proficiency in English.
  • Strong media relations skills with a demonstrable network of media contacts in the DACH region.
  • Demonstrate grit and determination to deliver consistent results, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.
  • Experience working with B2B businesses in the tech, travel, or finance sectors is a plus.
