Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead corporate communications, media relations, social media, and community engagement efforts that strengthen our reputation and amplify our story. This role will serve as a key partner across the business, developing compelling content, managing external communications, and building relationships that position Qnity as a trusted technology leader.

What You'll Do

  • Lead public relations and media relations programs that enhance Qnity's visibility and reputation.

  • Develop press releases, corporate communications, executive messaging, and social media content.

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.

  • Create compelling stories that showcase Qnity's people, innovation, technology, and community impact.

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure consistent, effective messaging.

  • Track communications performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and reputation.

  • Support community engagement and corporate responsibility initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or community relations.

  • Proven experience working directly with media and managing journalist relationships.

  • Experience supporting corporate communications, financial/material communications, and executive communications.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience developing press releases, media statements, talking points, executive messaging, and communication plans.

  • Experience managing social media content and external communication campaigns.

  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or high-profile communications.

  • Experience using communications metrics and analytics to measure impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

  • Experience supporting crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.

  • Experience leading community engagement, corporate giving, or CSR programs.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and serving as a trusted communications advisor.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling, audience-focused narratives.
