This is a remote position.
We are hiring on behalf of one of our partners, an influencer management firm, seeking a strategic and execution-focused Public Relations Manager to own and operate their visibility ecosystem across experiential, press, and communications infrastructure.
This role is responsible for driving earned media, managing tentpole activations, maintaining high-value press relationships, and ensuring systems and archives are clean, current, and operationally sound. - Build and maintain tentpole-specific contact lists based on prior experiences and strategic growth targets

- Execute traditional press pitching with structured follow-up cadence
- Lead individual talent pitching based on specific market visits, launches, or requests
- Manage award submissions and speaking applications throughout the year
- Prepare talent for press through media coaching and readiness sessions
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with editors, producers, writers, and press contacts
- Identify timely cultural angles and proactive story opportunities
- Own visibility infrastructure and operational discipline.
- Maintain 100 percent accuracy across media databases, CRM, and outreach trackers
- Ensure all outreach is logged in real time
- Maintain press coverage archive and placement documentation
- Organize pitch drafts, coverage links, asset folders, and media kits
- Develop clean reporting dashboards for monthly visibility updates
- Ensure photo archive and media assets are updated daily and accessible for press and social
- Provide structured communication and advisory support to talent and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as PR point of contact for talent via Basecamp
- Host office hours twice weekly with talent to refine positioning and press readiness
