Job Description

Are you an experienced PR professional with a proven track record of using HubSpot to drive public relations success? We are looking for a Public Relations Senior Coordinator to join our team and lead communication strategies, media relations, event coordination, and PR operations optimization through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with brand priorities and growth goals.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage PR campaigns, track performance, and optimize lead generation (MQLs).
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and consistent communication materials, events, and activities.
  • Analyze PR performance data and provide actionable insights for improved audience impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
  • Lead the organization of webinars, conferences, and brand events, working with internal and external teams.
  • Manage the PR budget, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Adapt and create global content for consistent brand messaging across markets.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communication, with proven experience using HubSpot for PR management.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot for PR.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess communication metrics and PR effectiveness.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish (grammar, spelling, and content creation).
  • Solid experience in creating and executing PR strategies, from planning to measurement.
  • Competence in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
