ZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail oriented and passionate team member with an interest in fashion to join our regional team. This role is responsible for supporting the brand communications team for PR and Social Media campaigns. Your work will focus on a range of social planning, weekly creative writing and influencer marketing planning and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Media and Influencer Relations
- Monitor, build and maintain media database
- Craft communication messages and produce weekly style-related content
- Plan and manage influencer initiatives
- Provide the team with support in the development and execution of communications campaigns
Event Management
- Conduct research to support PR team
- Assist in event coordination and on-ground support
Social Media
- Assist Head of Social Media in daily tasks
- Planning of social calendar during mega campaigns
- Compiling weekly and monthly social media reports
- Conceptualize and brainstorm new social ideas for mega campaigns
- Create social media content (including Youtube and Tiktok videos) for ad-hoc campaigns
Administrative Tasks
- Campaign monitoring and reporting
- Assist in campaign rollout and follow ups
Specific Projects and/or Learning Outcomes
- Improve media and influencer relations
- Identify suitable influencers for specific campaigns
- Campaign coordination and planning
- Understanding influencer performance and growth targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
- Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator. After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions
- Strong multi-tasking skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
- Undergraduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields
TIME PERIOD
- Able to start in immediately / Sep 2025
- Full-time or part-time interns whose available time is more than 3 months are preferred
