The Role

We are dedicated to building strong relationships and fostering clear communication to support our clients. As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside our marketing and communications teams to execute impactful campaigns. You’ll gain valuable experience while contributing to client success in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant, you will:

  • Craft Compelling Campaign Messages: Share clear, engaging, and persuasive messages with target audiences to maximize reach and impact.

  • Ensure Campaign Consistency: Ensure that all campaign materials are professional, accurate, and align with the client’s brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

  • Support Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest PR trends and improve your communications skills.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and achieve desired results.

  • Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful campaign execution.

  • Represent Clients Professionally: Uphold the client’s values and goals in every communication and campaign, ensuring their brand reputation is consistently maintained.

Requirements:

The ideal Public Relations and Communications Assistant will have:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities for effective communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.

  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.

  • Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for client needs and brand reputation.

  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for work-related events (preferred but not required).

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
