Role and responsibilities
You will be part of the Public Affairs & Countries sector. In the role of Partnership Manager, you are concerned with all activities aimed at connecting ASML and the partners in its ecosystem to funding programs. Your focus will be on grants and incentive programs in the Netherlands and Europe.
In this role you have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate grants & incentive activities and ensure smooth communication between all parties
- Support the development of partnership strategies and identify new collaboration opportunities
- Create compelling narratives for project proposals and presentations across multiple technology domains
- Use & improve tools and processes to track partnership or incentive program progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders
- Plan & organize partnership-related (international) events and meetings
- Manage the preparation and execution of partnership agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, private companies, and research organizations
Education
Master's degree in Physics, Electronics, Engineering, International Business, or related field. Technical background in semiconductor technology is preferred.
Experience
Your experience covers
- ≥5 years of project management experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry
- Experience with external partnership projects and programs
- Affinity with legal, intellectual property and financial aspects of projects and/or programs
- Preferably exposure to government officials and/or political environment
Competencies and skills
To thrive in this job, you:
- Have a drive for results and know how to manage (international) technology projects with multiple groups of internal and external stakeholders as part of a long term plan (3-5 years)
- Preferably have a solid understanding of semiconductor technical domains and its ecosystem
- Have a good sense of building relations and use your diplomatic and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders from a non-hierarchical position
- Have proficiency in digital support tools to manage projects
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficiency in an additional language like German or French is appreciated

- Internal: Government & External Affairs, System Engineering, Development & Engineering, Research, Legal, Corporate Intellectual Property and Finance
- External: Counterparts at suppliers, academic partners, knowledge institutes and other technology partners, representatives of Dutch and European governments, and various European organizations and associations (e.g., the Dutch Top Sectors, NWO, WBSO, Horizon Europe, Chips JU and Eureka)
