Public Funding Controller Trainee responsabilities will be:
Support in the projects that could receive a Tax Credit or Grant
To encourage Valeo Team (R&D Technical people in site) to get the information needed to complete the files to submit the different projects
Support in prepare dossiers (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants (applying all Valeo compliance rules)
To apply the standard in Tax Deduction, in order to implement the same dossiers in all the Spanish plants
Support preparing the dossier, analyze the cost of Activities, analyze the people and the suppliers, in order to get the Budget
To Recopilate the technical Files in order to share with the consultant to complete the dossier
To follow up the completion of the dossiers until get the Entity Certificate or the Grant
To fill and complete the Monthly Report
To prepare and follow the sign of GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval)
To prepare and follow the sign of FAR (Founding Authorization Request)
Monitoring and control of the process for the approval / signing of projects and final certification
Your profile:
- Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree
- Very good English Level in spoken and written and French valued
- Results orientation, commitment to teamwork within an international environment
- Professionalism and transparency
