KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide administrative support to Head of Public Affairs, China, including preparation of department meetings, coordination of all aspects of team events, manage contracts for the activities and ensure compliance with Sanofi’s policy (Role of Contract Manager), filing and recording (electronic and traditional), managing the circulation of the information within the department
Coordinate all aspects of projects and meetings: read incoming and outgoing project applications and proactively draft responses when applicable on behalf of head and routing information when applicable
Manager the visits of global visitors and external customers
Assist in the preparation of robust presentations if/when necessary
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited College or University
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in business / administrative support or project coordination
Core competencies:
Self-motivated with can-do attitude
Good interpersonal skills, experienced in collaboration and project management with attention to details and capability of multitasking
Fluent English (oral and written) and with proficiency in office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
