Job summary:
Served as a single point of contact and account manager for commercial process within Ministry of Health (MoH) Indonesia and key public hospitals under MoH Indonesia. Responsible for developing and executing tactical account plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth through compliant, value‑based healthcare solutions.
Your role:
Developed and executed strategic account plans for MoH‑affiliated public hospitals, focusing on smaller yet high‑value transactional accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Built and maintained strong relationships with hospital leadership, procurement teams, and senior MoH stakeholders, delivering tailored, long‑term solutions aligned with public healthcare priorities.
Coordinated cross‑functional teams (sales, service, clinical, supply chain) to design and deliver complex, customized offers compliant with government procurement and regulatory requirements.
Applied independent judgment within established governance, tender, and compliance frameworks to ensure operational excellence and adherence to public‑sector standards.
Leveraged deep product, market, and healthcare system knowledge to address customer challenges, support MoH initiatives, and identify growth opportunities within public hospitals.
Led advanced commercial initiatives, including account reviews and executive‑level presentations, to drive revenue growth, adoption, and market presence in the public healthcare segment.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development, with exposure to public healthcare / MoH environments.
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior hospital and government stakeholders, while collaborating effectively across internal cross‑functional teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior‑level and public‑sector audiences.
