Course Description: The control of administrative decision-makers. Problems of delegation, formal jurisdiction, natural justice and errors of fact and law. Judicial review remedies; appeals; reconsideration; tort and contractual liability of administrative agencies; privative clauses; public inquiries; ombudsman schemes.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience in the relevant field; experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual environment.
