Develop and implement policies, oversee course management and committees, resolve student and faculty academic issues, support recruitment and promotion, maintain UGME web content, liaise on budgets and events, and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth delivery of medical education services.

Lead and manage McGill's Linguistic Services to deliver high-quality bilingual translation, editing, and localization. Set strategy, evaluate technologies (including AI), establish standards and KPIs, supervise staff, optimize workflows, and provide terminology and policy guidance to support institutional communications and regulatory compliance.

Support implementation of communications and social media strategy for McGill Athletics Varsity. Create social media content and content calendars, produce graphics, provide on-site live coverage, manage web content and digital assets, archive photo/video, supervise casual hires, liaise with coaches and event teams, and promote Women in Sport.

Supervise grading of homework, quizzes, and midterm; hold weekly office hours to support students; answer course content and assignment questions. May be required to work on campus in person; may perform remote teaching tasks via Zoom, WebEx, and McGill myCourses.
