We are currently looking for a PTW Coordinator to support a major Oil & Gas project in Iraq.

Job Description

The PTW Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating project documentation activities related to infrastructure and pipeline works, ensuring proper organization, distribution, traceability, and accessibility of all project documents.

Key responsibilities :

• Maintain and update the project document management system
• Ensure proper classification, indexing, archiving, and distribution of project documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
• Support project audits, inspections, and documentation reviews
• Monitor document control performance and identify areas for improvement
• Train project teams and contractors on document control procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with project standards, contractual requirements, and HSE expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PTW Coordination, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
• At least 3 years of experience managing document control activities on large-scale infrastructure or pipeline projects
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and document control standards
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Degree or diploma in Document Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

Additional Information

• Location: Iraq
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
• Start date: August 2026
• Duration: 2 years, renewable
• Sector: Oil & Gas / Infrastructure

Skills Required
