About the role;
Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care following the individualized PT Plan of Care (POC) including assessment, treatment, plan, progression of a home exercise program, patient education, and communication to maximize the patient’s progress towards achieving the functional goals set by the evaluating PT.
