This isn’t your typical sales job.

As our Sales & Experience Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the studio experience, connecting with new clients, turning curiosity into commitment, and making sure every single person who walks through our doors feels seen, welcomed, and excited to come back.

You’ll blend sales, community-building, and operations into one dynamic, people-first role.

  • Turn interest into action, generate leads through in-studio connections, local outreach, and social engagement
  • Confidently guide potential clients into their first class, trial, and ultimately membership
  • Build real relationships through follow-up, conversations, and personalized experiences
  • Create a high-energy, welcoming vibe before, during, and after every class
  • Support day-to-day studio operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Be a true ambassador of the DivaDance brand, fun, empowering, and inclusive

🗓 Schedule & Details:
  • Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
