GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and office staff by maintaining records, managing CLS and application files, overseeing Brand Manager, preparing and managing correspondence, and assisting with special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and office staff, including answering and screening phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and managing appointments.
- Prepare, draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, including letters, memos, emails, reports, and meeting materials.
- Maintain detailed records related to CLS files, admissions files, and other departmental documentation.
- Organize, update, and manage spreadsheets, databases, and electronic filing systems.
- Proofread documents, presentations, web content, and communications for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
- Coordinate procurement requests and assist with tracking office purchases, inventory, and supplies.
- Support special projects, research assignments, and administrative initiatives as directed by the Senior Vice President or office staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the SVP vehicle.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time position.
WORK LOCATION:
This position will work on the main campus, located at 3000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be a Christian who is a member of a church that holds Jesus Christ to be their Savior and Lord, and who holds solely the Old Testament and the New Testament as sacred Scriptures.
