As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting commercial proposals, and managing new accounts/clients. Your main duties will include client prospecting, managing new and active accounts, developing and presenting commercial proposals, monitoring client satisfaction, and maintaining all commercial activities in the CRM software. The role requires at least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, solid CRM software experience, proactive sales approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to establish long-term client relationships and manage sales cycles. Fluency in English (B2 level) and a valid driver's license are also required.

Como Account Executive, ficarás responsável por identificar potenciais clientes, apresentar propostas comerciais e gerir novas contas/ clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar potenciais clientes nas áreas geográficas atribuídas;
  • Gerir novas contas/ clientes bem como potenciar oportunidades em clientes ativos;
  • Desenvolver e apresentar propostas comerciais com base nos requisitos do cliente e monitorizá-las, promovendo a negociação e readaptação de propostas com vista à sua adjudicação;
  • Monitorizar novos clientes para avaliar a sua satisfação;
  • Registar e gerir todas as atividades comerciais no software de CRM;
  • Transmitir toda a informação relevante do novo cliente para a área operacional;
  • Garantir a adjudicação formal por parte do Cliente e atualizar, sempre que necessário, o software de CRM;
  • Promover a imagem da Multitempo by Job&Talent no mercado como uma empresa que cumpre todos os requisitos legais e com um sólido know-how;
  • Alcançar e superar metas de vendas mensais, trimestrais e anuais, contribuindo para o crescimento da Multitempo by Job&Talent;
  • Garantir que toda a documentação e transmitida, enviada, preenchida e aceite pelos Clientes;
  • Garantir o arquivo de toda a documentação.

Requisitos:

  • Formação académica em vendas ou outras áreas relevantes, e pelo menos 5 anos de experiência profissional na área de Recursos Humanos;
  • Solida experiencia com softwares de CRM;
  • Experiência na interação com as várias partes interessadas durante o processo de vendas (por exemplo, RH, Compras, Finanças, Operações);
  • Postura proativa e pragmática para venda presencial e participação nas reuniões com os clientes;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos do sector do trabalho temporário;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal, estabelecendo e mantendo relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes e em gerir ciclos de vendas de 3 a 6 meses;
  • Nível de inglês: B2;
  • Carta de condução.
