Summary of Duties

  • Provide individual therapy services to clients within the Intensive Adult Mental Health Program and other WCMHS programs as appropriate.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions based on client and program needs.
  • Provide family therapy services to and couples therapy when clinically indicated.
  • Deliver community support services when appropriate as part of the treatment plan.
  • Provide psychotherapy services in office, home, and community-based settings to best meet client needs.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload that includes approximately 50% Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) clients.
  • Deliver individual DBT services using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Participate in the DBT consultation team and co-facilitate and support DBT skills groups.

Compensation and Benefits 

WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a generous retirement contribution match. Our industry-leading paid time off package includes 12.5 flexible paid holidays with 12 days each of vacation and paid sick time earned in your first year of employment. 

The starting pay range for this position is $55,120-$57,550 per year.

Qualifications

Summary of Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a mental health/behavioral health discipline required.
  • Licensure or license eligible as a Mental Health Professional (Licensure supervision is available as a part of this position).
  • Minimum of two years' experience providing clinical services to clients dealing with severe and persistent mental health issues preferred.
  • Experience or training in DBT preferred, and knowledge and experience with other evidence-based practices would be a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, possess an excellent driving record, and have access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle.
