Position Summary
We are seeking a psychologist with a strong interest in psychological assessment and making an impact through thorough, high-quality evaluations. This role is ideal for seasoned psychologist or a newly licensed psychologist eager to build strong skills in psychological assessment within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
Practice Structure
This role is structured as an independent contractor position. Psychologists maintain their own LLC while providing services through Insightful Mind Psychological Services. Insightful Mind manages referrals, scheduling, and administrative operations so clinicians can focus on assessment and care.
Compensation Structure
This position is compensated on a percentage-based revenue split as an independent contractor.
In addition, tiered compensation opportunities may be available based on factors such as caseload volume, productivity, or other agreed-upon performance metrics, allowing contractors the opportunity to earn a higher percentage over time.
Specific compensation terms, tier thresholds, and payment details will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement and are subject to change based on business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools
- Write clear, timely, and clinically sound evaluation reports
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Licensed in Oklahoma
- Experience or strong interest in psychological assessment for ADHD, Autism, and related conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to compassionate care
