- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder
- Administer and interpret assessment tools such as ADOS-2, CARS, GARS, GADS, ASRS, VBAS-II, and ABAS-II
- Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports with actionable recommendations
- Communicate findings effectively with families, referring providers, and team members
- Review and approve ancillary service recommendations (speech, occupational therapy, etc.)
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members
- Active Indiana licensure as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Experience assessing children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
- Strong diagnostic, writing, and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative, ethical, child-centered care

B Above Services provides compassionate, evidence-based autism care for children and families in the Indianapolis area. Its services include autism diagnostic evaluations, natural-environment applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, social-skills groups, parent support, and individualized one-to-one therapy delivered at home, school, clinic, and community settings.
