Summary Generated by Built In

We are actively seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a growing behavioral health program supporting residents throughout skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care communities, and post-acute settings across Green & Columbia County.

This part-time opportunity is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, independence, and meaningful patient impact. Providers will work with an aging population experiencing complex psychiatric, cognitive, medical, and behavioral health conditions while becoming an integral part of facility care teams focused on improving stability, quality of life, and continuity of treatment.

The position offers a highly rewarding blend of autonomy and support, allowing providers to practice independently while benefiting from established infrastructure, experienced leadership, and collaborative interdisciplinary environments. This is an ideal opportunity for PMHNPs interested in building long-term experience within geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health in long-term care, and medically integrated psychiatric services.

As the organization continues expanding throughout the region, providers will have opportunities to grow professionally through additional facility coverage, mentorship involvement, leadership pathways, and participation in future program development initiatives.
