About the Position
We have a Full-Time opening for a Psychiatric Nurse Manager at our Administrative Office in Medford, Oregon, Lane Service Center in Eugene, Oregon or our Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon. The Psychiatric Nurse Manager provides oversight of services provided by the nursing staff ensuring they are medically appropriate and within the nurses’ scope of professional practice and appropriately documented in client electronic health record. They will oversee nursing operations in programs to ensure that company policies and procedures are carried out, and medication compliance standards are met. The Psychiatric Nurse Manager will develop, implement, oversee, and evaluate quality assurance measures to ensure delivery of highest patient care. They will also administer the development and continuation of a Wellness Program for Residential & Supportive Housing clients.
Travel to multiple CCS programs occasionally is required.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time Day) may require on-call work via phone.
What You’ll Make
$9,166.66 -$11,250 per month DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

Our vision for the Health Services Unit is for all residents living in ColumbiaCare facilities to receive the highest standard of health care that encompasses both their mental health and physical health needs and treats the whole person, using a health-oriented model that focuses on the resident’s holistic healthcare needs.

What You’ll Need
- MUST have valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- previous experience providing acute psychiatric care, residential care, or outpatient community mental health treatment
- and management of staff.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
Technology Requirement
Employees are required to maintain access to a compatible smartphone capable of supporting the organization’s approved multi-factor authentication (MFA) application as a condition of employment. This requirement enables secure access to company systems.
