As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic PSP Monitoring Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor all communication channels with payment providers to ensure swift response times and operational continuity.
- Assist in investigating and resolving complex transaction enquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Keep a close eye on PSP performance metrics and track scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Dynamically enable or disable payment gateways and handle urgent PSP-related configurations during afternoon and overnight shifts.
- Maintain strict monitoring of PSP account balances and coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders for timely balance replenishment.
Requirements
- BA/BSc in Finance, Banking, Economics or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the Forex / FinTech industry, specifically within a Back Office or Payment Operations role.
- Understanding of how payment gateways, PSPs, and online transaction flows operate.
- An exceptional eye for detail combined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Full willingness and flexibility to work late afternoon and overnight rotational shifts.
- An energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and can work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with external providers effectively and internal teams.
