Job Family Summary: The Engineering Associate is part of our broader Engineering job family. This job family is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and processes. They play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our products.
Job Description: As a PS - Engineering Associate (E2), you will be responsible for supporting the engineering team in maintaining and improving the manufacturing processes. This includes troubleshooting, conducting routine checks, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues within the production line.
- Conduct routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
