The Retirement Strategies Investment Management team plays a vital and highly visible role in overseeing and developing investment products and solutions designed to support longevity and improved financial outcomes. Primarily, the team is responsible for the fiduciary oversight of over $140 billion of insurance funds assets. We provide investment management expertise and product oversight, working with internal teams as well as external partners to deliver the best-in-class results for clients. Additionally, the team supports Retirement Strategies future growth opportunities, focused on improving retirement outcomes across the globe. Leveraging our talent, capabilities, and Prudential’s trusted brand, we fulfill our purpose of making lives better by helping people protect their life’s work in order to live longer and more financially secure in retirement.

What You Can Expect

The Retirement Strategies Investment team is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our full‑time program, which helps early‑career talent build strong foundational expertise across key functional areas within the investment organization. This role offers broad learning opportunities designed to support long‑term growth and success.

  • Gain exposure to multiple investment teams and projects, allowing you to build both technical and business knowledge across the organization.
  • Support a variety of analysis, reporting, governance, and operational activities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the investment management ecosystem.
  • Deliver a capstone project aligned to a strategic partner team.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, learning agility, and a strong interest in asset management.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting industry and company research
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Contributing to documentation for Board and Investment Oversight materials
  • Portfolio relationship management
  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives
  • Supporting asset manager partnerships
  • Assisting in operational processes to comply with internal & external requirements  

What You’ll Need:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.

  •  Demonstrated interest in investments and long-term career development.

Note: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits including a competitive discretionary annual cash bonus opportunity. Eligibility to participate in the discretionary annual incentive programs is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
