PROXY PRODUCT OWNER – DFS & UAT PO

Tasks:

• Manage end to end project needs, systems and phases involving several teams, systems, ICT, and

product owners.

• Organize meetings with regions, IT teams and other business to identify business needs.

• Write minutes of each meeting

• Write business user journeys.

• the associated business rules.

- Detailed Functional Requirements

• Prepare mockups to explain business needs.

• Define the business needs around multi-brands technical services and servicing activity needs.

• Prepare presentation decks for the management and for steering committee.

• Ensure the correct translation of business needs in the GFS / DFS produced by ICT.

• Read the GFS / DFS and propose updates if necessary, so that the documents clearly reflect the

business needs and rules.

- User Acceptance Test

• Define test cases for UAT.

• Identify the test data and make it available (including test users and dealers)

• Align/synchronize system project pilots for end-to-end test phase (SBMB/Sbox/SbOI/BRR)

• Check KPI availability and consistency and perform the necessary actions to get KPI automatically

produced every month.

• Ensure the functional consistency of developments.

• Align/synchronize with regions on project progress, deployment needs and actions.

• Prioritize and verify consistency of system improvements across regions.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations when developing new projects.

• Train / inform the regions during the different phases of the project.

• Participate to Level 3 assistance.

Deliverables & KPIs:

Linked to the project progress, the deliverables will be defined for a 10 weeks period. For example,

list of potential deliverables to achieve:

Objectives:

• KPI1: 100% of documents delivered without delays.

Comments:

This people will be integrated in a Project Team that will have to cover several perimeters with a

specific focus on Independent AfterMarket and DISTRIGO

Required profile:

You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the field.

 You have a taste for challenge, with a strong taste for analysis and a good spirit of synthesis.

You have a fluent level in French/English.
