The Role

Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery. Support Shareholder Communications business.  Communicate with Client Services, DPS, EPC and Production teams regarding any job preparation and special processing requirements.  Processes requests with consistent accuracy while ensuring they are handled in accordance with scheduled deadlines.    

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner to meet SLAs.

  • Assists team with daily responsibilities.

  • Communicates effectively with internal departments such as DPS OPS, EPC, CPS, Client Services and Production.

  • Prepares and reviews Issuer’s meeting agenda for distribution to shareholders.

  • Review issuers materials for compliance with NYSE & SEC regulatory requirements.

  • Maintains functional knowledge of Broadridge's processes, systems, and products.

  • Performs QC of the agenda set up done by other team members.

  • Escalates issues to Supervisor/Manager.

  • Assist with completion of training and ISO documented procedures.

  • Performs all other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school degree, associates degree or above preferred

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Core Skills: Analytical ability, attention to detail, written communication skills, project management experience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary range: $45,000 - $53,000. Bonus Eligible.
