The ProXpress Coordinator is where proposal, client interface, and operations come together. This role is integral in taking the signed contract, coordinating with the client, and communicating the plan to operations. Daily, the Coordinator will interface with clients, ensure work is progressing as expected, provide updates to scope and schedule, and keep all parties aware of on-going work. After work is complete, they coordinate the service record creation and delivery to the client and business development team which synchs with the invoice creation and delivery providing the client with a full picture of the impact of the work.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Activation of all executed contracts.
- Schedule all work with clients.
- Gather all necessary contact, access, and special information for job execution.
- Update all schedules with activated contracts and information to execute operations.
- Provide Clients needed administrative paperwork. (COI’s, lien waivers, etc.)
- Communicate with Superintendents, foremen, and technicians as needed to ensure all information has been passed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist all levels of operations with information requests that arise during the day.
- Track job execution and communicate with Clients if changes in scope develop that require additional service and schedule immediately with the client.
- Coordinate creation of service records to provide to clients. This will include reports on scope execution, pictures of conditions, recommendations for future work and reports on current status of safety and OSHA compliance.
- Create billing requests for corporate billing delivery.
- Throughout the process ensure all CRM entries are made to allow BDM to further relationship with clients through superior operations execution.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to read and understand proposals, contract documents, and client communications.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs, and familiar Salesforce CRM software.
- Must be extremely self-motivated.
- Must be a good communicator able to balance between client desires and operational reality.

Education and Experience:
- High School degree
- At least 1 years’ related experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Walk project sites on uneven ground and other constructions related environments including stages on the outsides of buildings.
