Your Role with Us

As a Provisioning & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Lithuania office. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll be responsible for receiving, configuring, testing and dispatching Windcave payment terminals while ensuring merchants receive a seamless onboarding experience.

Working across logistics, terminal provisioning and first-line technical support, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver high-quality operational support and help maintain the exceptional service standards our customers expect. As our Lithuania operation continues to grow, this role also offers the opportunity to develop into more

specialised operational and technical functions.

What You'll Do

Logistics & Inventory

• Receive, organise and maintain payment terminal inventory and accessories.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across the UK and Europe.
• Prepare, package and dispatch payment hardware accurately and efficiently.
• Process terminal returns, repairs and inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of merchant orders.

Provisioning

• Configure, provision and test Windcave payment terminals and payment solutions.
• Complete merchant activations, maintenance requests and hardware updates within agreed service levels.
• Perform software configuration and quality assurance testing before equipment is dispatched.
• Maintain accurate provisioning records within CRM and internal systems.
• Support customer implementation projects and payment solution rollouts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational documentation.
  

Technical Support

• Provide first-line technical support for payment terminals and merchant enquiries.
• Diagnose basic hardware and payment solution issues.
• Escalate more complex incidents to specialist technical teams.
• Maintain accurate support tickets and provide timely customer updates.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within logistics, provisioning, operations or technical support.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
• A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

It Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience within the payments, fintech or POS industry.
• Experience using CRM, ERP or Jira systems.
• Experience configuring payment terminals or other technical hardware.
• German language skills (desirable but not essential).
• Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
