The Provider Relations Associate is in charge of interacting with our secondary care providers( Dental, Eye Clinics, Diagnostics, Gym etc.) and Wellness centers educating them on our processes, resolving escalations, and contributes to negotiating appropriate tariffs with our providers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to high quality medical, dental, optical care providers, gyms, spas, and pharmacies to join or network across various neighborhoods based on requests from our insurance plan enrollees and other key stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, thorough, and compelling information about Reliance Health to persuade providers to join the network and address concerns
- Effectively and efficiently sign up highly requested providers to the network
- Negotiate competitive tariffs with prospective healthcare providers
- Onboard providers at record time to our processes for enrollee verification, claims processes to meet the quality standards.
- Ensure adequate and complete documentation of all provider agreements, SLAs, and MOUs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare providers through regular communication and support.
- Proactively address provider concerns and issues, escalating to relevant teams as needed.
- Develop and conduct educational forums to inform providers about new regulations and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to enhance provider performance and satisfaction.
- Engage with providers with low ratings to identify and address underlying issues.
- The expected experience range for candidates is 3+years
- Bilingual Speaking (English & French)
- An Health related degree could be an advantage.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a MUST.
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
